Halloween week · October 26 to 30, 2026 · Free and online
A free 5-day event for women who know there's more to what you're experiencing than you've been told, and are ready to understand how your hormones, body, history, and actual life fit together.
This week we go looking for the things that disappeared without explanation, and the things that showed up uninvited. This week is all treats and no tricks!
Save your seat
It's free, and yes you can watch in whatever pants annoy you the least.
You'll get summit emails and the occasional note from me. Unsubscribe whenever.
Maybe right now...
Your labs say normal. You feel anything but.
Some things ended. Some things just... changed.
3 a.m. has become your personal hell hour.
You're tired before the day even gets going.
You're everything to everyone. Who's that for you??
There has to be a better way.
Free. October 26 to 30, 2026.
Making sense of what's happening takes more than another hormone protocol.
You're getting a lot of things right. You're paying attention. Asking questions. Reading the books, listening to the podcasts, changing what you eat, trying the supplements, and doing your best to understand what the hell is going on.
And you still have more questions than answers.
Because hormones are only part of the story. There's also the life you're living, the load you're carrying, and everything your body has already been through.
Those pieces belong in the conversation, too.
What if you could finally understand what's happening without turning your life into another project?
What if you could finally see how your hormones and your actual life fit together, and understand why looking at only half the picture has never given you the whole answer?
Stop blaming yourself
Connect the dots
Have words for it
That's what The Missing Pieces of Perimenopause is here to give you.
A way to finally make sense of the whole damn picture.
Halloween week, five hauntings
Every day, we name a ghost
Something disappeared on you without explanation. Something else showed up uninvited and made itself at home. Each morning I open the day with a short video naming that day's ghost, connecting it to what your body is actually doing, and handing you one question to sit with. Then the presentations start.
Monday · Day 1
The Invisible Load
Caregiving, mental load, the work no one sees
Gone: any hour of the day that belonged to you.Showed up: a running list in your head that will not turn off.
Tuesday · Day 2
The Unnamed Losses
Grief, aging parents, kids leaving, sleep and mood
Gone: people, roles, and the version of your life you planned on.Showed up: a grief with no name and a 3 a.m. wake-up.
Wednesday · Day 3
The Difficult One
Marriage, partnership, desire, sexual health
Gone: desire, patience, and the easy version of your relationship.Showed up: a resentment you feel guilty about.
Thursday · Day 4
The Unfamiliar Feelings
Rage, anxiety, reactivity, hormones and mood
Gone: your long fuse and your steady middle.Showed up: reactions that startle you as much as everyone else.
Friday · Day 5
The Polite One
Self-advocacy at the doctor, at work, with family
Gone: the benefit of the doubt you kept handing out.Showed up: one more appointment where you got talked over.
Free. All five days. All five ghosts.
Your hormones don't live in a vacuum, and neither do you.
Most perimenopause conversations stop at symptoms. Here's the part that rarely makes it into the room: your actual life.
Here's what we're not doing: sending you home with another protocol, supplement stack, meal plan, or ten-step list of shit to do. Because before you need another answer about what to do, you deserve a chance to understand what the hell has been going on.
Your life isn't background noise in your perimenopause story. It's part of the story.
What to expect
When and where
October 26 to 30, 2026. Five days, five different pieces of the perimenopause picture. The entire event is virtual, so you can join from wherever you are, preferably in whatever pants currently annoy you the least.
Expert sessions
Each day tackles a different part of your actual life. You'll hear from experts who explore both the life side and what's happening physiologically. Your free ticket includes 24-hour access to each presentation.
Private summit community
Come hang out in our private Facebook community. It's where we'll gather before and during the summit, connect with speakers, talk about what's coming up, and remind ourselves that maybe we're not all individually losing our shit.
Your private piece of the puzzle
Each day ends with one private reflection prompt. No posting your deepest thoughts in a comment thread. By Friday you'll have five answers gathered in one place that help you see pieces of your own story differently.
Games and prizes
We're talking about some real stuff this week, but that doesn't mean we can't have a damn good time while we're at it. Expect games and chances to win prizes throughout the summit just for showing up and hanging out with us.
